Product Marketing Manager

Our vision at Pixie is to eliminate hospitalizations of the elderly due to Urinary Tract Infections.  UTIs are a leading reason for hospitalizations of the elderly, as well as numerous co-morbidities such as falls and dehydration.

Our patented platform consists of a biosensor and mobile and cloud software that use machine learning for analysis of the data.  A remote medical professional can use the data to aid in deciding on the right care at the right time.

Pixie Smart Pads™, our first product, monitors for UTIs in the incontinent senior population.  Our current customers are memory care and post-acute care facilities, who look to us to help improve patient safety and antibiotic stewardship.


  • At least 3 years of product marketing experience in healthcare or healthcare IT.
  • Demonstrated success launching new products and technology.
  • Experience in senior or post-acute care strongly preferred.


  • Empathy to relate to caregivers and the demands of the care environment and clinical workflow.
  • Ability to understand the clinical, regulatory, and business needs of senior and post-acute care facilities and services.
  • Ability to coalesce customer conversations into suggestions for product development, marketing, and sales. 
  • Proficiency in all aspects of product marketing including digital marketing, sales tool development and sales data analysis, field support, messaging, PR, design, communications, and trade show support.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver against timelines.
  • Ability to communicate well both inside and outside the organization.

Location:  NY area preferred; will consider a remote hire.

Compensation:  Salary based on experience, bonus, stock options.
